I Am a Child of God

First of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is Kimberly and I am a child of God. Been that way since about 5 yrs ago and love every min of it.

I am married to a wonderful man and have been that way for 20 yrs going on 21 In May. We have 2 children. I homeschool my youngest and have to say some days are trying but it is truely a blessing to have him at home with me and to be able to school him without him going to a public school where nothing but trouble is there and the bible cannot even be mentioned. That is so sad that the bible cannot even be taught in the school system.

But, I would like to tell you my testimony about a song I dearly love to sing and it has been a favorite of mine a long time. I lost my dad Aug 15th 2002 and part of me thought I wanted to die with him but I looked toward God and he showed me One Day At a Time I would get through this. And I do have to say that through his Amazing Grace that it is truely taken one day at a time.

Then another time in my life was Oct 4th, 2004. I decided that I wanted to fulfill my dads wishes and he always told me to try and lose some weight. So, I said I can't do that I love food too much. And, I said to myself right then that my body is a temple and that Jesus Christ made my body, and that is when I asked God to show me the way to be healthy. So, I joined weightwatchers, and here again through his Amazing Grace, I have lost 53.4 lbs. It has taken me One Day At A Time to do it and still is taking One Day At A Time.

I love what the lord is doing in my life. And without him I think my life would be nothing. Thank you Jeus for blessing my life. Amen.
